At VDM THE LABEL, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for store credit or size exchanges on all full-priced items. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene liners in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the garment is unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
